On November 5, 2012 American Suzuki Motor Corporation(ASMC) announced that they would be leaving the U.S. market for automotive sales.  In a letter to U.S. Suzuki Automotive customers, Mr. Takashi Iwatsuki, Chairman of ASMC wrote:

"Consistent with our long history of standing by our products, Suzuku automobile owners will be protected.  All warranties will continue to be fully honoed, in accordane with their terms, and automobile parts and service will be provided to consumers through our planned continuation of a service and parts dealer network."

For Doug Smith Suzuki customers, we want to ensure that you are aware that:

-          All warranties will continue to be fully honored, in accordance with their terms, and automobile parts and service will be provided to consumers through ASMC's planned continuation of a service and parts dealer network. 

-          We are working diligently to ensure there is no disruption to the service you have come to know and expect. 

Doug Smith Autoplex will be continue to be a Suzuki service and parts dealer.  Although we are saddened to hear that AMSC will be leaving the U.S. automotive market, Doug Smith Autoplex stands by the Suzuki automotive line as a well made, top safety pick vehicles that we are proud to sell and service.
