December 2011 - I was able to purchase a great car -- 2012 Kia Optima SX -- from a car consultant that took the time to work with me through the process. I left the dealership thoroughly pleased with the purchase, and now look forward to time behind the wheel.
November 2011 - We just purchased a van this last weekend. it was BY FAR the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. even compared to buying from a 'for sale by owner'. Chris Smith was awesome, and so easy to work with. he made us feel comfortable, and negotiated a price that was fair. We drove away feeling like we got a good deal, and honestly were surprised how easy of a process it was. From the time we pulled up, to the time we drove away in our new van, it was only a 2 hour process. {granted, we knew the car we wanted to buy, and had it on hold for when we arrived... that helped with the timeline!} i would recommend anyone to Doug Smith to buy a car! THANK YOU for making the dreadful car buying experience so enjoyable and easy!
November 2011 - Just brought our new car home last night, spent a little time getting to know car today and...so far so good. We've never owned a Subaru wasn't sure how we'd like since our last car was a Mercedes. We did our research and believe we got a great deal on the car.
October 2011 - I have purchased 6 out of the my last 7 vehicles from Doug Smith Autoplex and they make it less painful. I never look anywhere else because they know me and treat me like a valued customer. I always feel that their number one concern is my satisfaction, even if it means lowering their profit margin or bending over backwards to make the deal work for me. I just bought a new 2011 Dodge 1500 and it didn't have a feature I required. They added it at no charge. That's taking care of customers. I'll never go anywhere else. I shopped around a little before this last purchase. No one could touch Doug Smith Autoplex.
October 2011 -We were really dreading car shopping. We were actually headed to [a different car dealership], when we decided to pull in to Doug Smith Autoplex. Ron Jewett was in the lot when we pulled up and greeted us as we got out of our van. Ron wasn't pushy and he really listened to what we wanted. When my husband told him to talk to me because this was my deal, that is what he did. We found exactly what we wanted in a matter of minutes. We already had our financing set up, but ended up going through Doug Smith because they could do a better deal for us and we we're very surprised at that! Everyone from start to finish was wonderful and they took our trade, which is what we we're really worried about. We were in and out of there WITH our new car in 2 1/2 hours!! And I now have a nicer car than I ever expected to ever have!! Thank you so much Ron Jewett and Doug Smith!!!

July 2011 - I have bought two Kias from Doug Smith Kia and service both of them there. I have never had a bad experience. The salespeople and service staff are always very straight-forward and easy to work with. Honest and fair!
June 2011 - The staff at Doug Smith Autoplex are amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. They dont want to know "what its gonna take to get you out the door with a new car..." They genuinely want you to be happy and satisfied. From the moment you step foot on the premises you feel comfortable that you're not going to be swindled or bothered....I have purchased 2 cars from Mike Smith and my family has bought 2 others themselves.. We will continue to go to Doug Smith Autoplex knowing that they are Honest, Friendly, and will give me the best there is to offer a person buying a vehicle. Thank you to Mike Smith for his help making buying a car not so scary and perfectly enjoyable..... It is always worth the Drive!!!!
May 2011 - Great, honest service. I only buy cars from Doug Smith. I have always been offered great trade in values on my cars when I go to Doug Smith. I have been to other dealers and they don't want to pay a dime for your trade. I have learned to stick with Doug Smith only. As a joke, I told them to clean the carpets on a brand new car I bought, they took the car and cleaned the carpets while I was doing paper work. They care about giving the most positive experience when buying a car. They are great people.
May 2011 - Went in to look for a used car for my son. Needed something reliable and safe for him to drive. My son wanted a Subaru which we ended up buying. The selection was not the best but we did fine one that had low mileage and was very clean. Have bought many cars from Doug Smith and always have been treated with respect and felt that I was not being ripped off. The paper process took some time but everything worked out well. I have also taken my car to get repairs etc and have never had a problem at Doug Smith. I won't buy a car any where else!

May 2011 - We recently bought a car from Doug Smith Autoplex and could not have been more pleased with our experience. To be honest, we were worried to go car shopping because we didn't want to get pressured or feel like we were being treated unfairly. But Mike and Tom Smith were patient with us, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel like we were being pressured. We test drove 5 different cars and finally zeroed in on the one we wanted. We are very happy with the car we ended up buying and feel like we got a great deal. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
April 2011 - There are too few really great auto dealers. Doug Smith Autoplex Inc. provided exceptional customer service in every regard and in my way of thinking is one of the few great dealerships, they really care. Brad Smith is very hospitable and provided a comfortable introduction to a very good customer oriented process. Early in the transaction Matt Moody became the person who worked with us through the processes of the purchase -- he is exceptionally competent, knowledgeable, and courteous. He knows what he is doing and does it well! We were very comfortable through the whole process. It simply was a good experience from beginning to end.
January 2011 - Good Deals on Used cars! I just bought my third car from Doug Smith and had a great experience! The price I paid for a Used Jeep Wrangler was very fair and the staff seems very upfront and honest! No manager hiding behind closed doors. Also, service is great too. Would definitely recommend this dealership!
